Once a shoot is scheduled, a professional videographer visits the property to capture the aerial, interior, and exterior footage. Appointments are arranged around the availability of both the client and our videographer. Following the shoot, the editing and production process, including client review, is typically completed within two to three days.

Based in Castle Rock, Colorado, and serving clients throughout the Colorado Front Range, we specialize in professional real estate videography designed to showcase residential and commercial properties at their very best. We combine cinematic visuals, precision, and attention to detail to create compelling content that makes every property stand out.
Our process begins with one of our professional videographers, who is also an FAA Part 107-certified drone pilot, meeting you on-site to capture dynamic aerial, interior, and exterior footage. We use a DJI drone for stunning aerial views of the property, surrounding grounds, and neighborhood, then transition to Canon camera equipment with a wide-angle lens and stabilized DJI gimbal for smooth, cinematic interior and ground-level exterior footage. The combination of aerial and traditional camera work creates polished visuals that showcase each property at its best.
Once filming is complete, we professionally edit the footage using industry-leading DaVinci Resolve software and pair it with a custom soundtrack. The result is a polished 1-2 minute video designed to showcase your property and make a lasting impression.

How long does a typical property shoot take?
A typical property shoot takes approximately 45—60 minutes of active filming time, depending on the size and scope of the property. Including equipment setup, adjustments, and repositioning between indoor and outdoor locations, total on-site time generally ranges from about 60 minutes to 1.5 hours.
Does the client have input or control over the process?
Absolutely. Every project is guided by the client's goals and vision for showcasing their property or business. We discuss your preferences in advance and take direction on the specific footage you would like captured, as well as how you want the final video to look and feel.
Are your drone pilots FAA-certified?
Yes. All of our drone pilots are FAA Part 107-certified, meeting the federal requirements for commercial drone operations. Our drones are also equipped with tri-directional obstacle sensing (forward, backward, and downward) to enhance flight awareness and help support safe, reliable operation during exterior filming.
What does your service cost?
We offer a simple, flat-rate pricing structure that covers the entire process from start to finish. This includes an initial phone consultation, on-site filming by one of our professional videographers, professional editing, and delivery of the completed video in 4K .mp4 format. There are no additional fees or upsells—just one transparent, all-inclusive rate.
Will the client receive the final edited video?
Yes. You will receive the completed video as a 4K .mp4 file, ready to use for your marketing needs. You can publish the video on your website, share it across social media platforms, or use it in other promotional materials. Once the final video is delivered, you retain full ownership and control of the file.
